One service I offer is drawing as-built architectural plans for finished homes. These plans can be used as a reference for working on a renovation or to address an issue with the Building Department. Often, I get to see unique, inspiring homes.
The drawings for this house were for a possible building code violation. It took hours to get into all the nooks and crannies of this three-story house, and measure the unusual spaces at the various elevations. Imagine: one father did all the work himself in this steep, narrow area, to build a home for his family.
