About 10 years ago, a retiring military officer wanted to build a home with a view of Kaneohe Bay to remind him of his long and rewarding career.
Although the street is very steep, there were no slope issues because we demolished an existing house (infill lot) on a graded lot with a high retaining wall. The owner was happy with the result.
